Open-End Spinning

We are running Open End (OE) Spinning since 1990 and holds remarkable market share in National Market. We offer variety of OE blended yarn in Pakistan’s textile market with brand names as following:

-    Prince Brand
-    Prince Qutab
-    Gold Prince

We have persistently acquired advance plant & machinery since initial operations in 1990, the present manufacturing operations of Rafiq Fibres (Private) Limited have a total installed capacity of 5000 rotors of OE Spinning with modish Trützschler mechanism for back process. We have ability to produce 30,000 KGs per day of OE yarn in our corporation. We produce OE Yarn with virgin fibres as well as with recycled fibres, depends upon our valuable customers demand.

We are producing OE yarn of different blends, such as Pure Cotton, Polyester-Cotton with different ratios of polyester and cotton and we are also able to process wide range of Fibres including Polyester, Viscose, Tencel, Thermolite etc. We assure high class quality finishing of textile made ups, manufactured by our Open-End Yarn. We are constructed with up-to-date laboratory within our unit in order to control, appraise, check & balance the quality of yarn as per standards.

Our Existing customers of OE yarn are very confident of reliability of quality, customer service, including delivery of yarn. We provide absolute quality assurance to our valuable customers that outstanding results will be obtained in Processing, including results of dye and bleach, of their textile products such as towel, home textiles and others.

We believe that quality of yarn is the main key to manufacture high grade textile commodities. Our majority customers of OE yarn are towel manufacturers which are engaged in exports of high-quality towels & towel by-products. Our yarn boosts their production efficiency as well as gives extensive finishing to their value-added products. Our OE yarn’s various counts are also well-known in other industries like home textiles, gloves, canvas, denim and more. Our recycled cotton blended yarn is ideal for the production of all kinds of mops, socks, carpets, blankets, gloves, towels & bathrobes.

We successfully have high market share in OE yarn all over the Pakistan’s textile industry which are engaged in Export of high-grade textile products. Our one of the foremost goals is to target international yarn market and provide quality OE yarn in economical prices all over the world.

Ring Spinning

Our advance Ring Spinning mechanism consisting of 50,000 Spindles equipped with Real Time Ring Monitoring System (RTRMS). Serving superior quality is the main objective. Determined to acquire top of the line Plant & Machinery in order to produce quality-oriented yarn as well as to market our yarn at competitive prices with premium quality. We have significant market share in our national textile market with labelling our yarn with “Prince Brand”, involving subsidiary company, Rafiq Spinning Mills (Private) Limited. We have capacity to produce 45000 KGs of Ring Spun yarn per day.

We are keen to export our yarn in International market and offer our potential buyers the premium quality of Yarn, which is made up of Organic Virgin Cotton, other virgin fibres & blended yarn at economical prices, providing extra ordinary customer service in order to gain customer loyalty.

We are in regular production of Carded 10/single, 16/single, 20/single, 24/single, 30/single and 40/single in ring with Pure Cotton. We also offer Virgin Polyester & Cotton blended yarn (PC) of count 30/single and 31/single with ratio (52:48).

Our Ring Spun Yarn are mainly consumed by reputable exporters in national market, who are involved in export of Home Textiles, Towels, Knitwear, Hosiery, Garments and other textile made-ups.

Recycling Waste Plants

An advance recycling waste plants are installed in our premises to recycle both, Soft & Hard wastes. We have capacity to produce 25000 KGs of material per day. We also offer Recycled Cotton fibre to potential buyers, which is manufactured with ring spinning’s fibre waste and waste fabrics. buyers, which is manufactured with ring spinning’s fibre waste and waste fabrics. The plant has the capability to process different kind of material mentioned as following:

Recycling helps to reduce the use of Virgin Cotton and helps to utilise textile waste again to form value-added first-hand Textile Products. It further leads towards cost effectiveness and reduce the pressure on natural resources.

Recycling is the key to save natural scare resources, thus World. We are very keen to develop high quality Value-Added recycled textile items & market our textile products made by our qualitative home-produced recycled fibres. We are making following textile items through our recycled fibres:

1.      Cotton / Cotton waste Fibres for Surgical purposes.
2.    Non-Absorbent Cotton; Soft in texture, mainly used for household, industrial & in other domestic purposes. We also have ability to absorbent surgical cotton.
3.    Open End (OE) Yarn; our Fine Recycled Fibres are mainly used in manufacturing of OE Yarn in various count range with different blends, in order to provide raw material to fabricate other textile products such as, Towels, Jeans, Gloves, Carpets, Canvas, Rugs, Hosiery, Blankets, Kitchen Essentials, Socks & Bathrobes.
