RAFIQ, set up its venture in late 1970s, as then the house with scarce resources was involved
in making & assembling of cotton and cotton waste processing plant & machinery. It was
offered through out the National textile market and holds achievement to bring out metal
based processing machines, terminating wood-based substructure from mechanism. It was
under the vision of Rafiq Fibres’ Chairman, Mr. Muhammad Sarwar Rafiq, that the
transformation holds great success all over Pakistan and office integrated lately in 1980s into
its own operations of recycling and processing of cotton and cotton waste. Rafiq family with
creative & strategic mind set abled to proffer processed fibres all over the domestic market.
From then on, the growth had just compound. In 1990, we Integrated vertically by setting up
Qutab Textile Mills (Private) Limited an Open-End (OE) Spinning located in Sheikhupura,
Pakistan. Unit was able to produce 11250 KG of yarn daily. Due to increase in demand &
supply of quality-oriented products, in late 1990s another OE Spinning unit was established
in Faisalabad, Rafiq Spinning Mills (Private) Limited with production capacity of around
19000 KG of yarn per day. Ambitious conceptualization for providing different kinds of yarn,
the potential organisation set up 25000 spindle Ring Spinning in 2001, followed by another
unit in 2005 with capacity.
Consistent upgradation of mechanism allowed the organisation to be competitive in national
market till date. After competing & serving for number of years in domestic market of textile,
a corporation was inaugurated in 2017, Rafiq Fibres (Private) Limited, inculcate towards
further value addition, by Exporting value added products, in order to contribute auxiliary
towards National’s Economy as well as to serve international client with ardour and
enthusiasm.
Rafiq Fibres’ will be holding position of prominence by the creation of Towel, Home
textiles and Gloves through its high standard variety of yarn, by emphasising on quality, cost
and delivery of our products. We will do this through research, innovation, novelty and a
sharp focus on our customers’ expectancies while ensuring Corporate Social Responsibility.
